Great design. Been able to pack my gear for 2 week trips, 6 shirts, 1 jacket, 1 sweater, 6 pairs of socks, 6 boxers, 3 pants, 3 shorts, more backup clothing, 1 pair hiking boots, 1 MeFoto tripod, personal care stuff, dried goods, and 2 towels with room to spare.

Would be nice if the pulling handle was longer.

Gorgeous and distinctive look. It looks lovely and unusual. The zippers are strong and large, so it is easy to unzip. It has convenient inner compartments for toiletries, etc. It is also surprisingly spacious. It first strikes you as unusually narrow (it is definitely narrower than your typical suitcase) and first impression might be that it doesn't contain much. However, it compensates for the narrowness by being quite deep, almost like a duffel bag. So when it's full, you might actually exceed your baggage weight limit. It's so good-looking and functional, you'll be looking for excuses to travel with it. Basically, I highly recommend.

I have bought this bag the past, used it for a few years and then the orange piping unraveled and the metal bar along the side stuck out. I bought this one and it didn't last a month - on my return flight the seam along the bottom separated, and the bag was not fully packed. It's unfortunate because the bag does not tip over and is very easy to roll. Unfortunately I won't buy another one.

This is my 4th timerbland jay peak. The previous three lasting me for over 5 yrs and across multiple very long distance multi transit international trips.

Good: Very good quality materials. Will definitely outlast all other bags. Very spacious and convenient.

Bad: Not sure if the current piece I received from Amazon is defective or the manufacturing has just degraded in quality but the inner lining zip simply keeps unzipping and coming down. Never had this issue with any of my earlier Jay peak bags. This is something they should address for quality control.
